finished order JUST WON'T DIE!!!!!!

I'm testing my first Actinic shop and have a "slight" problem...

Place an order fine, download it fine...

Ship the product lines ok and "take payment" fine...

even get emails (as a customer) as to what is happening..


Only problem is that having shipped the items and taken payment I kind of expect the order to be complete!!! But it just sits in "pending " TAUNTING me!!!!!!

What am I doing wrong (or rather what am I not doing right!!)

don't worry, that seems to be another "feature" of actinic - some orders just won't move from the pending list!

You have to print the invoice and the packing list as well.

You don't have to print the packing list, but you are requred to take some record of the order - whether that be an Invoice, a Data Entry Report or an Export.

Printed an invoice... that got it..
