Which image software is best.

Hi, Please can someone tell me what is the best paintshop to use on Actinic7.
I need in to crop, re-size images and save image for the web.I just want somthing simple,easy and quike to use.

I use Watermark Factory 2 for all my resizing/renaming etc needs - that's for all my websites, not just Actinic 9 ones

The old faithful shareware version of paintshop pro v3.11 sounds like it might be sufficient for you as long as you don't need png support. http://goo.gl/iwJFn or even v4.12 from the same site.
