Installing Actinic on 2 computers

Actinic V 6 has been set up to download orders on one computer and set up to control the design on another computer.

Both machines check out OK when running the Network FTP test but the first computer reports password errors and fails to download orders. Anyone got any ideas what is wrong?

Hi there.

Could you try creating a snaphot from the upload computer, and import it into the download computer? Alternatively, try copying the details from the Housekeeping | Security menu in the upload computer to the download?
