Favourites Icon question

Hi All,
If i wanted to add a favourite icon to all of my pages should i add some code to one of the template files? I'm using dreamweaver and an extension called favourite icon which will add an icon to the page i specify. I've done that to my home page and my catalog index page but would like to add the icon to all pages.

I would edit act_primary and place the code in there, then it will be onall pages
