Other Info Prompt problem

Hi,
I am using the larger box for the 'Other Info' prompt and am having a problem. When I type text in it (named stamp text on website) and click add to basket, the text is stored but when I 'view cart' nothing is shown and i have to re type the text. On the other hand if i add to basket and click checkout, the text doesn't need to be re-entered.

The way the Other Info prompt works changed a little in v6.1.3. If you're using that then search this forum for recent postings on "Other Info" and you will probably find some updates.
