Shipping Error

I have had this e-mail from customers in the US receiving the following error

Select Shipping Destination-Your order has exceeded the shipping tables defined by the supplier, therefore it is not possible to calculate the shipping cost.Please contact the supplier with information as they will be happy to process your order and then will be able to correct the shippiong tables.

What do i need to change on the shipping tables

We currently ship by class and then weight in kg

Hi there.

Basically, what has happened is that your shipping class for the US has gone over the allowed weight.

Please go to View | Business settings | Shipping and handling, select the class for the US, and you can either select "Take the highest value in the table", or "Increment highest value in the table by", then specify you price per kg.
