If you are finding you have to keep entering your licence key on a Business Plus user PC, it is most likely because you are using a mapped network drive to connect to your sites folder. On some operating systems, this can be a problem. Please see the steps below to change this:
On the business plus user PC experiencing the problem, go to 'File | Sites | Sites' directory. Make a note of the path in the directory field.
Click “Browse”
Expand “Network” or “My network places”
Select the PC which has the main Actinic databases on, and then locate the “sites” folder. The path should look something like the following:
\\COMPUTER1\Sites
Click Ok
You are now connected to the sites folder via a UNC path and not a mapped network drive, this should resolve the problem
