View Full Version : not recieving emails once orders are placed

hi

I have just placed an order on my own website but i have had no emails come through infoming me of any orders

Does anyone know what may have happened?

The email address i used to place the order has recieved an email confirming, but no emails to my business address???

This could be a few things Nigel, however first check the email address in Actinic's "Business Settings | Company Contact" screen. Make sure that it is a) a valid email address and b) is an email address @ the same domain as the website.

If you have to change any settings here then be sure to update the website again before testing.

Actinic Contact Name is VRS Northampton

Actinic Contact Email is webshop@vrsnorthampton.co.uk
