Hi I'm new to actinic and just wondering if there is a way so that when you add something to cart it will go to another page which contains a box you can type a message into..
Im making a shop that sells helium filled balloons and want it so when the people buy the balloons they can type there message into a box so i can write onto the card..

hello sean,

you can add a box by using the 'other info' in the prompt menu (click advanced in product details). this will insert a box with your product so your customer can type the message and add the product to the shopping cart.

Hi Ravon

I would like to do this also. However, I know where the 'other info' in the prompts menu is, however is (click advanced in product details). something different?

Thanks
Bonnie

"Advanced" is a way of displaying all the features a Product can have. If you can see headings for "General, Prompts, Stock, etc" then you're in Advanced view. If so the Advanced button is now labeled "<< Simple" so you don't see it.

Click it and you'll see it just switches between the full Advanced view and the Simple view.
