Third man updates with Actinic Payments take between one and four hours after the order is placed, before they are ready to appear in Actinic, although this can take longer on some occasions.
Updates appear in Actinic after clicking the button “3rd man update” on the orders tab, or when you download orders if “Auto-download Fraud status” is ticked on the “Payment and security” tab of Business settings.
