Does 1stop access AO directly and pull the info down or would we need to run an export from AO and then import into 1stop. Are you able to push any data back up re-order status etc?

You have to download an order export file and import it into our program. We don't have any specific functions to push data back into AO but data export is very flexible and so as long as AO supports import, you should be able to send information back.
