DA Question - My Network Settings Box Has Moved Off My Screen

Really stupid DA question, but ive just moved house and now have internet access so wanted to upload my site again.

For some reason it wont let me. and says my password is incorrect/invalid.

so i went to double check the settings and wen i open the box, i can only see the bottom third and the top two thirds are off the top of the screen so i cant see the boxes and i cant move it back down.

anyone able to help?

Press "Alt+Space+m" when the dialog window is active.
You can then use the arrow keys to reposition it on the screen.
