Extra stuff shown in online receipts

Hi

In my site (which uses Catalog v6) the online receipts have some extra stuff which seems wrong. At the top of the page is printed "NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERTEXT" and at the bottom of the receipt we see "NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT".

Seems wrong, can we get rid of it?

The reciept page in Actinic is Act_Order04.html

Please check this html file

Just out of interest, have you upgraded from a previous version?

The reason why i say this, is because in V6

You have <Actinic:EXTRAFOOTERTEXT/>

Not NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERTEXT and NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT

So if you do find these in Act_order04.html then you can safely take it out :)

Thanks for the tip - I'll give that a go and report back later.

The version I have is Catalog 6.0.1 - and this is the first version that has ever been installed, from the demo disc sent by ACtinica late last year. No upgrade has taken place.

I checked it out and the extra text does not appear anywhere in Act_Order04.html - so it must be coming from somewhere else - possibly something referenced from within Act_Order04.html.

You need to select a different template in the 'Receipt Page Layout' field in 'Design Options | Layouts' - select 'Act_ReceiptPrimary.html'. That should fix it.

I just discovered that I had the same problem with NETQUOTEVAR:HEADERTEXT and NETQUOTEVAR:FOOTERTEXT.

The fix that Chris gave works for me too but it seems that the problem occurs because the default value in Design Options | Layouts is incorrect. Can this be fixed in a future release?
