Snapshot got to shot?

My ability to import a snapshot has been greyed out by actinic does anyone know why?

I can still export a snapshot when i leave actinic, i had to re-instll it and for a couple of days it worked and imported fine.

Any help would be apprechiated.

Is your copy of the software fully licensed? This option is sometimes greyed out of evaluation copies of the software.

Its a fully licenced copy....i ahve all the altest patches on it and its still got the grey box...well strange :(

Very odd. I would ask you to export a snapshot in order to try and replicate the issue, but of course that may not be an option.

If you can export a snapshot, please email it to me and I will pass it onto the development team.
