We offer a discount for products - but one (1) pay £0.99. Buy two and pay £1.49 (saving 50p obviously). When you go to the pay screen (PF12) after you have entered the sale the discount then shows as -£0.50 with the name we chose for this discount. If you go back and park the sale - another customer comes, you get interrupted, etc. - the discount is lost when you try to recall the sale. Why does this happen and is there a workaround or have I set something up incorrectly with the discount? Perhaps it is a bug that can be added to the wishlist. We often total very large sales and this is causing issues as we then manually correct or re-total the sale.
