Order email alet stopped working

My Actinic V3 has stopped notifying me when I have an order. The orders are there all right, and the rest of the catalogue is working fine.

I have recently moved it to a new server, while the smtp server address has not changed.

Anyone got any suggestions as to how to fix this problem.

That's probably the reason. It's very unlikely that your old SMTP server wil be willing to send mail coming from your new site server. Are your customers getting their confirmation emails? Probably not.

After all, that's exactly what spammers try to do to cover their tracks.

Ask your new hosts for details of their SMTP server and use that instead.
