View Full Version : Stock is not reducing from EPOS

Dear all,

Am using Actinic Epos since 2007, but never experienced this problem.

The items sold/scanned from my Epos would not reduced the stocklevel, it will keep the stocklevel same. I dont know since how long its happening, can anyone help.

Couple of weeks back, had a problem that the sales screen was not coming, I copied the checkout.mde from earlier week's backup to the checkout folder.

Could it be to do with this ?? should i download new version and copy the data.mdb file stock levels.

Am least bit interested in holding transaction or stock movement data - i just want my data.mdb to work properly.

any ideas

Hi, used my intuition and a bit of programming skills.

the error was in system.mdb file - reinstall actinic epos on separate machine, copied system.mdb file - and it started working. Dont know since when this happening - but anyway will have to get a full stock-take done.

Really not a good experience.
