Extract email data

I want to extract my customers email addresses to add to my mailing list. I can print a report that gives me the information, but can't seem to extract it into a .CSV type format so that I can use the information.

Select your orders, right click and choose re-export and a csv file will be created called buyers.txt (or similar), if you import this into something like groupmail all of the duplicate addresses will be removed automatically.

If you don't see the re-export option or if it is greyed out then you need to enable export to files in business settings/orders tab.
