Exporting Snapshot Stops Responding

I was away from Catalog for a couple of days. Only thing I did between uses was defrag hard drive.

Now, attempting to Export a Snapshot fails almost immediately. Program hangs and you've got to End Task. I was able to Backup Database on Exit but not Create Snapshot.

Dont want to do a lot without the ability to save a backup.

Hi Jeff

When you are trying to do a snapshot, when it gets to that stage of not responding, is your hard drive light still active.
If it is; then it possible its still exporting the site, if you have a big site, then exporting a snapshot may take a bit of time

Not a huge number of products but a lot of pictures (about 2-3k each).

The little paper going from file to file just stops after two traverses. I'll try it again and leave it be for half and hour and see if that's it.
