will actinic support payments through HSBC Bank? If not, are there certain banks that I have to use to be compatible with actinic? Thanks in advance!

Yes - you just need to get hold of v6.1.4 (from http://www.actinicdownloads.com/v6/) as that has an integration with HSBC e-Payments.
