First time buyer special offer

I'd like to be able to offer a first time buyer a 50% discount if they spend over £100.

Is this possible?

The only way to do it would be to add the discount on after they have ordered (and you have confirmed they are definitely new). This can be done in the 'Totals' tab of the order.
