How do I add various column counts for different sections?

I know this is probably really simple and the answer is staring me in the face, but how do I have different column counts for different sections on my site?

I want to have start with rows of 3 (as it is at the moment, have a look at www.ahapremier.com) but am in the process of changing the site. The revised look will have a section for each individual product so you see a small image and a brief description. I want these in rows of 1. You'd then go through to a bigger pic and full description.

Is this possible? Am I being stupid!? Will I ever feel like I know what I'm doing in Actinic!?

I was right, it was easy! Typically about 10 minutes after posting this I figured it out! Just for the record, you do it like this:

Double click on the section link, and you can override the default settings and add whatever column count you like for that particular section.
