Actinic not closing on database backup

Hi,

When my customer tries to close actinic with database backup it doesn't close, any ideas what can be the problem?

I did the site with developer and she has catalog 6 with the latest patch.

Check the the directory exists that they are trying to back up to - this can be done in housekeeping/backup/shutdown backup options.
