Server error

A client of mine, who is using Catalog v4, is getting an error message "a server error has occurred, unable to merge files, 403 forbidden". Any ideas?

Hi Malcolm,

The 403 - forbidden message usually means that you do not have permissions to access/execute scripts within a directory on your server. Check with your hosting company that the 'acatalog' directory has full permissions (777) and the cgi-bin has full permissions for the owner and read & execute for everyone else (755).
