price listing problem

When customers order one of my products the price does not appear in the totals, it is added on, so the total price is actually correct. But in the breakdown of products ordered there is a blank next to this one particular product where the price should be.

This only happens on one product and as far as I can see the product has the same settings as all the others.

Any solutions to this problem would be greatly apreciated.:confused:

Without seeing your online store, it is rather tricky to make a proper diagnosis.

I can only suggest that it sounds like the product you mention is actually a component that is displayed as a separate order line, but the pricing model of the product is set to 'Product Price'.

I would need to see a URL to be sure.
