Can you reduce the number of payment pages?

Hi - is it possible to combine together some the pages that form the checkout process to reduce the number of web pages that have to be loaded?

If possible I would like to be able to combine together the invoice address and payment method pages.

I'm afriad this is not possible to do. At the moment, Actinic requires all the shipping/tax finalisation to be on the page before the payment method selection in order to calculate the correct amount for shipping in advance.

You can reduce it down to two pages if you charge simple shipping, simple tax and do not limit payment methods by location. This gets rid of the country-selection drop-down at the beginning of the checkout.
