Shipping charges are incorrect

Hi,

We have set the shipping charges to be a standard fixed one and therefore apply our charge, £2.95 to all orders. However, it is applying a £0.66 charge to each order.

If we take off a fixed charge then no charge is applied, as one would expect.

Any idea why it is applying a charge of £0.66 and not £2.95, which is what it is set to?

Please could you provide more information on how your shipping is set up. Are you using Simple Shipping?
At the moment, i cannot see why its adding 0.66, unless you set up Excess anywhere in your shipping tables.
