My site is posted with all the links/settings correct to my knowledge but when I hit "buy" I end up with theis message...

Error: Error opening configuration file ../acatalog/A000.cat. No such file or directory

What am I missing?

Also is Linux or Windows better for running Actinic?

What happens when you click the 'Test' button in 'Advanced | Network Setup'? What error messages do you get?

With regards to Windows or Unix, we support both. However, Unix is generally more reliable and easier for Actinic to work with first time as Actinic is able to change file permissions to what it needs. On WIndows servers your have to contact the web host in order to change file permissions.
