Is it possible to have 2 catslogs so to speak so that the public sees and orders the retail while my dealers can place orders seeing the wholsale list?

Actinic Business allows you to create 'Price Schedules', which are different sets of prices that different people can buy at. You can then go on and create Customer Accounts with user names and passwords that can buy at these prices.
