Using Acitnic Catalog and orders are removed after 35days. Is there anyway to stop this from happening?

Actinic should only delete psp-pending orders after a set time.

To change this go to business settings>payment and security and look at the lower LH corner. Untick "Auto delete PSP pending Orders".

All my CC orders come through to PSP. I'm using Streamline.

maybe, but once a payment has come through you should be adding a payment which would remove the order from the PSP-pending tab.
