Out of Stock Colour Change

My "out of stock" message is currently displayed as yellow. Can i change this to another colour, if so could anyone explain how?

We are on version 5, but assuming things haven't changed much in ver 6:

Design Menu - Design Text

Checkout tab - General Information

Its not the most obvious place to look, and it took some searching for, as I'd initially forgotten how we did ours.

Change the prompt labelled OUT OF STOCK.

You can change the text to something other than the offered default if you prefer.
To change colour, simply surround the text with something like:

<font color=red>OUT OF STOCK TEXT</font>
