Shopping cart Bounce back!!???

HELP!!!

One of my clients stores at www.slikmats.com is having a terrible problem with the shopping cart.

When yopu add an item to the cart and try to checkout, the page says there is nothing in your cart and refreshes back to the storefront.

Could someone please look at the site for me and give me any advice. The site has been working fine for a while now.

Hi there

Make sure you have enough webspace on Silkmats or the permission is correct within the /acatalog/ folder

When you add to cart, you are creating a session file, it looks like, the shop is not creating the .session file, which could be down to

1. No Webspace
2. Permission setting is incorrect

More than likely i believe its down to no webspace
