Hi Smiffy,
we use efax.co.uk
Speak to Clare there.
Not strictly cheap, but we have an email to fax/fax to email service and ecall. This is a call service, if the line is busy or not answered they leave a voicemail which appears in your inbox, you can even decide which email address it goes to.
So far I've found the service excellent and extremely cost effective. You can also choose 0845 local rate numbers (which do NOT incur extra charges to you when someone calls) or freephone 0800 numbers which do :)
Cheers
Andy.

I use one of the free 0870 suppliers. To be honest though I can't remember who as I haven't had to del with them for over 18 months.
The reason they can do this is because they take a share of the call revenue so you don't have to pay anything.

They will issue you a generic 0871 for free and pay you a revenue share if targeted at a landline, you can also get a menu service for a monthly fee like "Press 1 for Sales..."
