Adding items to downloaded order

Hi all

Just a quick question

When you use "add adustment" on order processing for say an extra product it does not allow you to put a qty in against it and does not show a qty in the order shipped box on the invoice or packing note am i missing something or is it just not possible to put in a qty.

You are not missing anything. An adjustment is simply a cash sum added to, or removed from, the order. I suppose if you want to add more than one you could always add two adjustments.

Is there anyway that an extra item can be added to an order allready downloaded so that a qty also shows on the invoice as well ?

Not in this version of Actinic, but it will be possible in a future release.

Be very careful adding more than one adjustment. Under version 5 the software is unstable and liable to lock up the order if you add a second adjustment, and then try to either change or delete one of the adjustments. Maybe this dosen't effect version 6, but I would run a few test orders to check you don't hit any problems.
I have previously reported this bug, so hopefully it will be fixed in V7 (if not already done so in 6)
