I want an actinic site designed from scratch. I have the hosting and domain names all sorted out, so I just need it designed not a complete hosting/design package.

I will supply a flat file of sections/products to populate the catalogue.

Any offers? Please provide links to examples of previous work, along with timescales and prices. I would want a fixed price, not hourly/daily rate.
