Customising Printed Invoices?

When we package our orders, we fold up our printed actinic invoices into 'documents enclosed' bags which are stuck on the outside of the parcel.

This works well and is very efficient, but recently we've had a few complaints from customers about their email addresses and phone numbers being visible during transit.

Is there any way to remove these details from the printout on the 'delivery address' bit?

Yes, buy a copy of crystal reports V8.5 and modify the report or visit mole end software and buy one of Jan's modified reports.
