Changing the appearance of section links

I looked in the advanced user guide and when I click on the child Sections all I get is

NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONIMAGE
NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONNAME
NETQUOTEVAR:SECTIONTEXT
NETQUOTEVAR:NEXT


instead of the code that the aug talks about.

I'm stuck, what do I do?

Never mind,

figured out I was using ms word as my editor switched to wordpad and now I can do my thing
