Corrupted Site

I need help - I cannot purchase anything from my site general script error showing /public_html/acatalog/prompt.fil is corrupt. The signature is invalid. On troubleshooting at web analysis found Couldn't read the directory list for /public_html/acatalog. I also am unable to get an offline page or website review. Would appreciate urgent help! I would recommend deleting all *.fil files from the 'Site1' folder from your PC, and then deleting all the *.fil files from the 'acatalog' folder online, and then doing a 'Web | Refresh Website'.
