You have to set up the correct privacy policy in the terms and conditions section. Provided you do that then you are fully compliant with the legal requirements.

If you didn't set it up then you are probably not compliant.

Probably worth asking how this law is implemented.

I jumped through hoops writing P3P policies before V5 of Actinic and to be honest it was a waste of time.

As said above just use the policies built into Actinic.
