Snapshot export.

When I try to export a snapshot I get the following error message.
Errors
(File ExportSite.cpp, Line 1323) - There were no registered sites available to take a snapshot from.

Does anyone know what this means?

Hi there,

Could you go to Start|Run type 'regedit' and then go to the folder HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Actinic/Catalog5 make sure 'catalog5 is highlighted then on the right hand side double click on where it reads 'Site'.

A edit string box will appear. In the value field could you type in the site name as it appears under the windows file structure (under 'Actinic ecommerce v5\Sites\'). For example 'Site1'

Could you please make sure you backup the registry before making any changes by going to 'File | Export Registry'.

It was Site1 rather than site1 works fine no thanks for your help.
