As I have paid for a years Actinic Cover am I entitled to get a free upgraded from V6 to V7.

So long as your Cover for Catalog, Business or Developer is still active, i.e. within the 12 months from original purchase of the cover package, then yes, v7 is a free upgrade as part of the cover subscription.

Get in touch with Actinic with your cover details to hand and they can advise o n when you will get it.

Original key work with V7 or do I need to ask for a new one.

You need to go via Actinic who will retire your current v6 key as being upgraded to v7 and then issue you with a v7 key, so a v6 key will not work in v7...
