shipping zones and fees

Hello,

I want to ship products only to the UK and Ireland, and I want to charge a shipping charge that is different for each poduct in these 2 zones.
Is this possible. Having spent 4 hours on this I am no further forward than when I started. It seems incredibly complex to set up.

Hi,

Could you please follow the instructions below:~

1. Goto "View|Business settings|Payment and Security" where it says 'limit by location' make sure that is unchecked.

2. Goto "Shipping an Handling" select a calculation basis, then chose a shipping band. Create UK and Ireland as zones and then under each zone define appropiate classes and values for each classes by clicking on the '+' on the table grid.

I have to admit I find this quite confusing too. I only ship to the UK and want the customer to choose between FREE £0.00 and next day shipping, but the country option just wont go away.
