problems with the shopping card

I have a similar problem whenever I try to order from my website it comes up with the following

Select Shipping Destination - Error opening ../public_html/acatalog/217Z34Z50Z146A1021021670B28766.cart (No such file or directory)

can you help at all

Could you please check if you have 'Request shipping location information early' checked under View|Business settings|Ordering, if so uncheck the box upload the changes and then try again.

Also, click the 'Test' button in 'Advanced | Network Setup' to ensure that your web site details are set up correctly.
