Ireland Shipping

Morning Guys,

I seem to have a major prob which i cant fix :-/

We ship regularly to both Northern Ireland & the Republic.However for some reason the customer only gets charged the UK rate. Help please ?!?!?!?

We added Northen Ireland as a province of the United Kindom in Advanced - Locations (as well as the Channel Islands and Offshore) Then in View Business - settings
we added a new new shipping class and addedd only the 3 provinces to that class.

On the checkout where the customer chooses his location he is prompted for a Province, upon selecting Northen Ireland he is presented with only the shipping options defined for that region.
