An Error occurred while negotiating script ID

My client gets this error whilst trying to upload "An Error occurred while negotiating script ID"

I can upload fine to his space

any ideas?

Hi Joe,

Please ask your client to change CGI Script ID Number to somethig else other than 1(if it is that), and then try to upload.

If it does not work find out from them if they made any changes, and also what are the results of network settings test.
