Actinic Link - Re-exporting Orders from Actinic

Hi i have got my exporting into sage working fine, however whenever i run the Reports | Export | Outstanding Orders option. It re-exports the orders into SAge Line 50, obviously it throws up a warnig message which is fine. However is it possible to prevent, automatically, duplicate orders being imported into Sage as i currently have 5 invoices in Sage when only 1 exists in Actinic?

Cant you press the No button on the user message which is displayed when an order has been previously exported into Sage ? As I understand it this would happen only when an order is selected in Actinic to be re-exported ?

Yes that is an option but I am after a more automatic response that would ignore previously imported orders option without requiring user input. Or should there be a reason not to allow this, i.e. require user input?

Hi there

If you have 'Bypass Catalog Order Processing' selected in 'Business Settings | Order Processing' then when you go to 'Outstanding Exports', the exported orders will automatically be moved to the 'Completed' tab in Actinic and not be picked up by subsequent exports.
