Does anybody use Protx????

I have been using them for a couple of weeks and have had several orders not sync up with payments.

IE: I download the orders - I'm advised that I have 7 orders, but only 5 payments ( not in itself unusual if someone abandons a cart)

.... but when I actually check with protx one of those orders actually has a payment recorded against it.


Has this been experienced by anyone else?

I have never experienced this, or heard about it before, but one hypothesis for the reaon could be if a custom closed their browser down before the Protx server had completed the call-back to the Actinic server.

I have got problems with Protx, in that it has stopped replying with the payment info altogether. The customer logs on manually to check. This is in my in tray..
