Hi,
Can anybody help?, how can i change the message that is sent back via email to our customers?

There should be a file called Act_BuyerEmail.txt in your site directory ('c:\program files\Actinic ecommerce v4\sites\site1' by default. I think that you can edit this file to change the text, some parts are generated by the program (order details for example) and so cannot be changed.
