A general question?
We are launching our online ordering this spring, traditional our orders come through mail-order customers on paper.
Aim for the site to attract new customer plus allow exciting customers to order online. The nature of our business we will get orders using our paper order form.
The questions what are the best ways to handle these two different systems? We are not unique having mail-order running along side online ordering, how do you guys detail with it?
Any suggestions would be really appreciated, kind regards mash
