Problems importing shipping tables

Hi,

I've been trying to import the shipping tables from the Actinic site into a site I'm putting together with Developer v7 but I keep getting error messages saying that 'You must import a shipping zone'. When I try importing into Catalog v6 everything's fine. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem could be, any help appreciated.

Hi Graham,

Please note that V6 shipping import files don't work in v7. If you are trying to import one of the standard shipping tables, we could mail you a new one. Else, you could try shutting Actinic down and copying your v6 SimpleShipping.mdb database directly into the new installation.

Thanks for the info. From what you are saying the shipping tables on the Actinic web site are for v6 ? Will you be providing any for v7 in the near future ? Failing this if you could send a copy by email I'd be very grateful.

Just tried copying the v6 simpleshipping table to my v7 and it worked a treat.

Also, in answer to your earlier question about v7 import files, the latest ones are actually in the 'Common' folder within the 'Site1' folder in your copy of Actinic v7.
